All our meats are of the highest quality, are prepared in a Class “A” Food Hygiene Rated environment and are despatched with Thermoguard gel ice packs in sealed, insulated coolers. This means the meat is kept in peak condition, from our place to yours. Once the insulated cooler has been opened, we recommend the meat be placed in a refrigerator or freezer immediately.
We source only the best quality New Zealand meat and adhere strictly to the Beef and Lamb Quality Mark. Where appropriate, cuts of meat are aged and vacuum packed for maximum flavour and shelf-life. Duck, game products and quality organic free-range chickens are frozen to provide availability all year round. These products are snap-frozen to ensure the meat retains its full flavour.
While we make every effort to fill your order, occasionally due to popular demand products run out. In the event that we are unable to supply a product, we will contact you to arrange a substitute or defer delivery. In the unlikely event that goods arrive in less than superb condition, please advise us immediately so we can issue a replacement or credit.
