Our range covers all traditional cuts of meat, through to rabbit, quail, pousson and duck - in fact, all game meats!
We take the time to prepare our small goods and gourmet cuts from the highest-quality beef, lamb, chicken and pork.
- Due to increased customer awareness of where our food comes from, we stock New Zealand free-range chicken and pork.
- We make a wide range of sausages from the traditional beef and country style pork favourites through to our award-winnning gourmet sized varieties
- Our bacon is cured and smoked over an eight-day process to seal in the flavours
- Our tasty silverside is corned on-site
- We also produce gluten and dairy-free sausages
